Here’s the text with the most important phrase emphasized in markdown bold:

Companies like Every Consulting are revolutionizing workplace learning by creating hands-on, department-specific AI training programs aimed at achieving 90% daily AI adoption. Their approach focuses on practical, executable skill development across various sectors, moving beyond traditional PowerPoint presentations to real-world implementation. By developing custom tools and workflows tailored to specific team needs, organizations are rapidly transforming how employees interact with and leverage AI technologies. The training goes beyond theory, immersing teams in actual AI applications that can dramatically improve efficiency and productivity. This approach represents a critical shift from passive learning to active, immediate AI skills integration across enterprise teams.

How Are Companies Transforming Teams Through AI Training?

Companies like Every Consulting are implementing hands-on, department-specific AI training programs that aim to achieve 90% daily AI adoption. By creating custom tools and practical workflows, organizations are rapidly upskilling teams across legal, marketing, and administrative sectors through targeted, executable AI skill development.

The AI Training Room: Far from PowerPoint Prison

There’s a peculiar scent to fresh ambition – a bit like new plastic and nervous energy. Scrolling through LinkedIn last week, I nearly spilled my coffee when I stumbled on Every Consulting’s announcement: not another AI “vision” or mystical strategy webinar, but a concrete, hands-on enterprise AI training program. The name rang a bell. I remembered that time back in 2021, when I sweated through a so-called “AI transformation” workshop under humming fluorescent lights. Forty of us watched a consultant breeze through more jargon than a Gartner symposium, but not a single person touched a keyboard. My skepticism, I’ll admit, ran deep. Would this be any different?

Well, yes. Or at least, that’s the hope crackling through Every’s pitch. Their approach is a world away from the abstract. The company’s new service isn’t some theoretical exercise – it’s a practical immersion. Every Consulting, whose roster already includes Fortune 500 heavyweights and hedge funds like Blackstone, is promising to turn teams into “AI-natives.” They’re targeting everyone from procurement to law, replacing generic lectures with department-specific sessions. The claim? Over 90% of staff should use AI every single day, or risk falling behind. A bold number – but is it just another empty boast, or a clear imperative?

The Anatomy of “Practical Implementation”

Let’s break down what “practical” means here. Every Consulting’s model rejects the stale, one-size-fits-none approach. Instead, their trainers – a motley crew of ex-founders, published essayists, and grizzled engineers – dive deep into company workflows. For example, at a law firm in New York (I wish I could share the name, but NDAs are tighter than a drum), the legal ops team built custom GPTs to auto-draft contracts. Meanwhile, a Midwest school district leaned on Every’s prompt engineering curriculum to teach staff how to automate administrative tedium. Can you smell the burnt circuits? These aren’t abstract thought experiments; they’re sweat-and-code transformations.

Still, doubt lingers. Is 90% daily adoption feasible? If I had a dollar for every overhyped adoption figure, I’d have at least enough to buy an artisanal espresso. But after seeing a marketing team cut CRM update times in half with a bespoke AI tool, I began to reconsider. When the rubber actually meets the road – or rather, when the code meets the call center – the change is palpable. The sensory rush of seeing a workflow go from clunky to seamless is hard to forget. It’s like watching a rusty bicycle morph, mid-ride, into a Tesla.

The Wider World: Peers, Players, and a Burgeoning Market

Of course, Every isn’t the only game in town. The AI skills market is hotter than a server room in July. Correlation One, Embrace, and consulting titans like PwC are all peddling their own flavors of AI literacy. But Every’s differentiator, they argue, is a builder’s ethos: less PowerPoint, more Python. Their Net Promoter Score sits north of 70 – not quite Apple fanboy territory, but a far cry from consulting industry averages. Clients, apparently, keep coming back for more.

Even the big research houses are bullish: Gartner expects 100 million “robocolleagues” on the payroll by 2026, and McKinsey reports a yawning gap between employees’ demand for AI skills and employers’ slow response. Is it any wonder that forward-thinking organizations are scrambling to set up Centers of Excellence, blending HR, IT, and a few courageous early adopters? It reminds me of the gold rush – only now, the shovels are code snippets, and the rivers run with data.

A quick aside: I once botched a client AI rollout by underestimating the learning curve. It stung, watching the team fumble with poorly-chosen tools. But after witnessing the impact of department-specific, hands-on training, I finally got it. You need to meet people where they are – not where you wish they were.

Urgency, Emotion, and the Unfinished Future

There’s a certain nervous excitement underpinning all of this. Maybe even a flicker of fear. (Zap!) If your competitors are upskilling while you’re stuck in “strategy” mode, you’re not just behind – you might already be outflanked. Every’s mantra, “Stop Planning Your AI Strategy. Start Executing It,” is both challenge and warning. The message is simple: kick inertia to the curb, get your hands on the tools, and yes, be prepared to break a few things along the way.

I’ll admit, I’m still a little wary of hype cycles. But seeing real teams – some skeptical, some wide-eyed – transform their workflows in a matter of weeks? That’s energizing. The future isn’t just arriving; it’s barging in, messy and exhilarating. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to roll up your sleeves and join the fray.

Or maybe you’ll just wait for the next newsletter…
